Cooleen Gardens, formerly known as Cooleen Corner has been a part of Bremerton for more than 50 years.
Family entrepreneurs have contributed to the community by providing services at this magical location by maintaining commercial trucks, providing floor covering supplies and services, selling upscale dolls and collectibles and now, for nearly 20 years, providing the Olympic Peninsula with quality plant materials, supplies and services.
Cooleen Gardens, originally named by an immigrant family from Cooleen, Sligo, in the North West area of Ireland called Bremerton home and named this location after their homeland. Our Pacific Northwest reminded them of home.
Today, Cooleen Gardens is still very much a family endeavor.
We take great pride in providing quality plant materials, products and services and are constantly on the lookout for ways to improve or expand what we do. We are one of a few full service garden centers that still grow plant stock on site and design our own color baskets.
